A Crossville man is facing charges after allegedly breaking into a restaurant. Police responded late last Friday to a realty company on North Main Street where 46-year-old Daniel Lee Sowinski of Crossville was allegedly yelling that someone stole his liquor and weed. Officers learned that liquor was stolen from nearby Ruby Tuesday three days earlier. The surveillance video of the restaurant showed a subject reportedly matching Sowinski’s description taking the liquor when the restaurant was closed. During questioning, Sowinski reportedly told officers he was God and Satan and he was going to have to kill everyone. Sowinski was charged with burglary, simple possession of drugs and public intoxication.
