GRAND JURY INDICTS ACC– USED POLICE OFFICER SHOOTER ON CHARGES

The man accused of shooting and killing a Pikeville, Kentucky police officer has been indicted on several charges. A grand jury has indicted John Hall on one count each of murder, receiving stolen property, being a persistent felony offender and two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Police say Hall shot and killed Scotty Hamilton last week while assisting troopers with an investigation in the Hurricane Creek area.
