A Roane County man is facing charges after two small children were found unattended yesterday. Deputies went to a residence on Harriman Highway where a 2-year-old child went up to a neighbor’s home saying his father was not waking up. Another child, age 1-year-old, was found on the porch unattended. Officers found 29-year-old Ronnie Lynn Green unresponsive and barely breathing inside the home with multiple needles underneath him. Deputies revived Green and arrested him for two counts of child endangerment. Green was transported to the Roane County jail and initially placed under no bond.
