Two individuals are facing drug charges in Roane County following a report of a suspicious vehicle parked at a church on River Road in Ten Mile. Deputies observed a white Honda Accord that displayed South Carolina registration occupied by two females. According to the arrest report, while talking to one of the occupants of the vehicle identified as 28-year-old Marra Beth Altizer, officers noticed a glass pipe sticking out of her boot. A search reportedly revealed an illegal drug and pills. Altizer was charged with two counts of possession of drugs and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies added that 46-year-old Nancy Victoria Thompson was arrested for three counts of possession of drugs and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were transported to the Roane County jail.
