A Cumberland County man is facing drug charges. While having a vehicle pulled over on Westway Road earlier this week, deputies say a passenger, 33-year-old Michael Corey Watson, reportedly gave them a false name. Once officers confirmed his identity, a check revealed two outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court. He was transported to the Cumberland County jail where a check of Watson there reportedly revealed 8 pills in his wallet. He told officers that his girlfriend allegedly put the pills in the wallet. Watson was charged with possession of a Schedule II and IV drug.
