Temperatures Wednesday morning dipped to -3 at the Plateau experiment station in Northwest Cumberland County, -2 in Crossville but we did have some reports of even colder than that over the northern plateau. Not quite as cold Thursday morning but we will still start the day around 5 to 10 degrees. Temperatures climbing to the mid-30s with sunshine Thursday, 45 degrees Friday and above 50 for the weekend. Chances of rain will come back by Sunday night and Monday. We have no major Arctic air expected for the remainder of January in Tennessee. Look for quite a bit of sunshine for the next few days and isn’t that going to look nice!
