Two individuals in Cumberland County are facing drug charges. Deputies observed a vehicle pulling out of a Shady Loop residence driveway with one subject walking away from the vehicle in a quick manner after seeing officers. Deputies stopped the vehicle on Mayland Road and a K-9 officer alerted them to the possible presence of drugs. Authorities seized meth and marijuana and that led officers back to the home on Shady Loop. A search there reportedly revealed bags of meth and money. Deputies arrested 47-year-old Emery Dale Miller and 56-year-old Roger Dale Floyd, both of Crossville, for manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs and simple possession of drugs. A third man at the scene, 28-year-old Jonathan Michael Pearce of Crossville, was taken into custody on a failure to appear in court warrant. All three men were transported to the Cumberland County jail.
