Two individuals are facing drug charges in Cumberland County. Deputies recently went to a Crystal Lane residence off of Cherry Branch Road to look into possible drug activity. According to the arrest report, 24-year-old Victoria Dawn Becker of Crossville answered the door when officers knocked on it. A deputy not only noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the home but recognized Becker from her being arrested the day before for possession of meth. A consent search of the residence reportedly revealed bags of meth, scales and numerous syringes. Officers arrested Becker and charged her with manufacture, sale and delivery of meth. Also taken into custody was 30-year-old Kari Jo Adams of Crossville for manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and introducing contraband into a penal institution. The arrest report stated that Adams hid small bags of meth in her crotch while being processed at the Cumberland County jail. A third subject in the home, 31-year-old Dannie Curtis Turner of Crossville, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
