MAN ARRESTED FOR SHOPLIFTING

A Crossville man is facing charges following a shoplifting incident. The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department received a lookout notice for a black Ford Ranger pickup with a person inside allegedly involved in the incident at Dunham’s Sports. Deputies found the vehicle at a residence on South Yvonne Avenue. Officers entered the home and reportedly saw 32-year-old Jacob Jackson Webb run out a back door. Deputies caught Webb who allegedly was wearing an Under Armour jacket with the security magnet still attached. Webb was charged with theft of merchandise and evading arrest. A male and female subject at the residence were also arrested on outstanding warrants.
