The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says that one of its Top 10 Most Wanted fugitives has been caught. The suspect, James Rush Huddleston, was arrested in Arkansas and was wanted in connection with a Spring Hill murder. On Oct. 29, 35-year-old Phillip Pero was discovered in the garage of a home on Iroquois Drive dead from a single gunshot wound. A 40. Smith & Wesson firearm, determined to be the murder weapon, was discovered nearby. People who were inside the house during the incident told police that they heard Huddleston talk about shooting Pero. They also said they saw Huddleston leaving the home after the shooting.
