TWO ARRESTED FOLLOWING DISTURBANCE AT LOCAL INN

Two individuals are facing charges following a disturbance in Crossville. Police were called to the Village Inn where two male subjects were reportedly fighting in the parking lot. According to the arrest report, one of the individuals involved, 36-year-old Timothy Noble of Crossville, was allegedly under the influence of some type of narcotic and had white pill residue on his lips and tongue. Noble was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. The second man involved, 50-year-old Franklin Higdon of Crossville, was charged with disorderly conduct.
