A two vehicle accident in Cumberland County this past Saturday afternoon (November 18, 2017) resulted in two injuries. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by 37-year-old Misty Manis of Harriman crossed over the center line in a curve on Westel Road near Mount Vernal Road and collided with an oncoming 1996 Chevy Blazer operated by 20-year-old Sadie Ferguson of Rockwood. Ferguson and a passenger in Manis’ vehicle, 50-year-old Bobby Brackett of Harriman, were both transported to Roane Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
