MAN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGE AT LIBRARY

A Crossville man is facing charges following an incident at the Art Circle Public Library. According to the arrest report, officers were recently called to the scene for a report of a man passed out in a chair in the library. Police say 18-year-old Damon Levi Breeding of Crossville told them in a rude way to go away and attempted to get comfortable again after several citizens reportedly said Breeding was being disorderly. If there was Medicaid coverage for the poor in TN, maybe some who struggle with addiction could get support and rehabilitation. Apparently this state prefers to pay to punish people while they suffer instead of using that same money to heal and make whole productive citizens.
