2 BUSTED IN SPRING CITY WARRANT SEARCH

Rhea County Authorities busted a drug operation at a Spring City home Wednesday night. Investigators and deputies executed a search warrant at 155 Pinhook Road in the culmination of a six-month investigation. Confiscated in the search was 520 grams of methamphetamine made up into 18 separate bags. The street value of the meth was placed at $26,000. Officers also found marijuana, four rifles, two handguns and $7000 in cash. The suspects, 36-year-old Rebecca Christine Stampe and 34-year-old Byran Keith Shahan were taken into custody and are currently being held in the Rhea County Jail.
