BLOUNT COUNTY DEPUTIES BUST ALLEGED DRUG DEALER

Blount County Deputies stopped an alleged drug dealer Saturday morning. During the traffic stop in Maryville, officers discovered 24-year-old Christopher Hatcher with 9.2 grams of cocaine, 19.6 grams of crack cocaine and 300 Xanax pills. At the time, Hatcher was within a drug-free zone. Hatcher was initially pulled over when he was allegedly caught speeding near the intersection of Wildwood Road and Old Knoxville Pike, around 2:30 AM Saturday morning. He faces several charges and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 1st.
