JUVENILE CHARGED WITH ARSON AND BURGLARY

A Putnam County juvenile has been charged with setting fires to bay bales after he left Prescott South School yesterday (Wednesday, October 25, 2017). Authorities say the fire happened at a farm off of South Jefferson Avenue close to the school where a trailer was allegedly broken into during the incident. Damage was placed at over $20,000. The juvenile was charged with arson and aggravated burglary.
