A Crossville woman has been indicted by a Cumberland County grand jury stemming from an accident earlier this year that left a Crossville man injured. According to the indictment, 28-year-old Nicole LouAnn O’Neal is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, evading arrest, DUI and violation of the implied consent law. Crossville police say the crash happened on East First Street on May 10, 2017 when officers attempted to stop a 2012 Honda allegedly driven by O’Neal. The accident report said that O’Neal collided with a vehicle driven by Jonathan Hamby, causing his vehicle to overturn. Hamby was reportedly injured in the crash, but has recovered. O[Neal will be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court November 7, 2017.
