MAN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGE

A Crossville man is facing several charges following an incident this past Friday (October 20, 2017. Police were called to Krogers for a man slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle he was in. Officers got 26-year-old Justin David Horn out of the vehicle and a search of the vehicle allegedly revealed two small bags of meth and scales with meth residue on it. Horn was arrested and charged with the manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs, DUI, driving without a valid drivers license.
