ALGOOD CITY COUNCIL UNABLE TO HOLD MONTHLY MEETING AGAIN

///
Comments are Off

The Algood City Council has failed to hold a monthly meeting for the second consecutive month. According to reports, Mayor Scott Bilbrey failed to show up at the meeting. Again, this is the second month in a row that Bilbrey has not attended which led to the council not having a quorum. The council needs to fill two vacant seats and also needs to hire a new city attorney. City Administrator Keith Morrison says that there is a lot of business that needs to be conducted and that the situation is “frustrating”.
