A Bradley County, Tennessee man is facing charges after allegedly threatening to shoot people in a manufacturing plant. Officers say 22-year-old Jordan Hughes allegedly posted on Facebook early this morning (Thursday, October 5, 2017) a status saying “I bet Whirlpool will remember my name if I shoot the place up.” A citizen saw the post and immediately reported it to law enforcement. Hughes was arrested for making terroristic threats and harassment. Authorities say Whirlpool security was notified of the threat shortly after it was made.
