A single vehicle accident in Cumberland County this week (Tuesday, October 3, 2017) resulted in no injuries but instead an arrest. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 2014 Ford box truck driven by 52-year-old Richard Linen of Oak Ridge, Tennessee was traveling east on Interstate 40 between the 339 and 340 mile marker when he lost control, over corrected and turned over on the right shoulder. Linen and a passenger in the truck, 62-year-old Shirley Guinn, were not injured. Troopers arrested Linen and charged him with driving on a revoked license, DUI and failure to exercise due care. Linen was transported to the Cumberland County jail.
