MAN ARRESTED ON METH CHARGE

A Kentucky man was arrested by Crossville police this past Sunday (October 1, 2017) for allegedly possessing meth. Officers were called to the parking lot of Krogers to a report of a suspicious male walking around looking into vehicles. Police found the man identified as 42-year-old Jerry Leon Jones of Kenvir, Kentucky. A consent search of Jones’ vehicle allegedly revealed several individual bags of meth. Jones was charged with the manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones was transported to the Cumberland County jail.
