TWO ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH TRUCK THEFT

A vehicle stolen from Tompkinsville, Kentucky has been recovered in Clay County, Tennessee. According to the Tompkinsville Police Department, a while 2004 GMC Sierra was stolen from the city’s water treatment plant on Old Mulkey Road. Clay County deputies arrested 42-year-old Dewayne Rich of Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee and another individual in connection with the incident. Both men were transported to the state line by Clay County deputies late last night where authorities from Tompkinsville transported them to the Monroe County Correction Center. Rich was charged with vehicle theft.
