Cumberland County High School is pleased to announce that Emogene Keyes Teeple has been selected to be inducted into the 2017 Hall of Fame. Teeple is a 1948 graduate of Cumberland County High School. She completed college at Carson Newman College in 1952 with a degree in education. Teeple went on to teach at Bakers Crossroads, Rinnie, Pleasant Hill, Woody, Homestead and retired as the supervisor of instruction for grades K-6 for Cumberland County. The Teeple family plays a vital role in the Cumberland County area to this day. A Hall of Fame reception for Teeple will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 4:30 pm in the school library. The homecoming parade for CCHS will follow the reception.
