A Crossville man was arrested yesterday (Monday, September 18, 2017) following a disturbance downtown. Police responded to Art Circle Public Library just after 6 last night for a disturbance. Officers found 40-year-old Jamie Lynn Presley of Crossville yelling and asking people “why they thought he was the antichrist.” When medical first responders arrived to check on Presley, he reportedly walked away and refused treatment. Presley reportedly told officers that should just shoot him and attempted to run away towards the amphitheater. Officers caught Presley and charged him with disorderly conduct. Presley was also banned from the library as a result of the incident.
