World Wrestling Entertainment Hall of Famer Bobby “The Brain” Heenan died from medical complications Sunday. He was 73 and had been fighting throat cancer for years which eventually led to the removal of his jaw. Heenan will go down in history as one of the greatest managers in sport’s entertainment. After a career in which he performed inside the square-circle, he began managing such superstars as Andre The Giant, Mr. Perfect and Nature Boy Rick Flair. “The Brain” went on to become a “heal” announcer behind the microphone along with Vince McMahon and Gorilla Monsoon.
