Tuesday night, the Crossville City Council looked at the possibility of changing the management of the historic downtown Depot. According to Palace Theater Director Ronnie Hill, the Depot is need of new management. He requested that the council look at the Palace managing the property which is a popular spot to hold meetings and other such gatherings. Hill said that the group DCI would pay up to $10,000 for the placement of a new hardwood floor for the meeting room and that an estimated $25,000 would be required as start-up costs. The council requested to see the business’s capital expenditures and revenue projections.
