TWO INJURED AFTER VEHICLE HITS BUILDING

An elderly driver and his passenger were injured in a bizarre accident in Harriman yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, July 18, 2017) when the car they were in ran off Highway 27 near Clayton Homes and ran into a building. The antique shop near the Emory Gap railroad crossing received damage from the car. No one was in the building at the time of the accident. Both occupants of the vehicle was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained.
