A 2-year-old Blesdoe County, Tennessee child that has been missing for three months now could be in Colorado. Investigators say they have new information to indicate that Jeremiah Frazier is possibly in Colorado Springs. Jeremiah was last seen April 19, 2017 in Bledsoe County. Jeremiah is described as having brown hair and hazel eyes standing 3 feet tall and weighing 40 pounds. Investigators say he would be with his mother, Gracie, who is wanted on several felony charges in the area for TennCare fraud. If you have any information about Jeremiah or his mother, you’re asked to call 911 immediately, or the Bledsoe County Sheriff’s Department at 423-447-5555 or 1-800-TBI-FIND.
