FENTRESS COUNTY COMMISSION TO VOTE FOR PERMANENT SHERIFF MONDAY, JULY 17

There will be a new permanent sheriff in Fentress County after the county commission meeting this evening (Monday, July 17, 2017). Commissioners will vote for one out of five candidates to fill the mid-term vacancy. Commissioners held public interviews with Interim Sheriff Gary Ledbetter, Rodney Insco, James Conatser, Michael Reagan and Tommy Rosencrants last month. Tonight’s meeting will start at 6 p.m. at the Fentress County courthouse in Jamestown.
