A Murfreesboro man and woman were arrested yesterday (Monday, July 10, 2017) after 12 syringes, numerous bottles of urine and a 9-month old baby were found in the vehicle. Officers say Jana Vaughn and Richard Foster are facing multiple charges. According to the Murfreesboro Police Department, Vaughn and Foster had active warrants out for their arrests, prior to being stopped. In addition, Vaughn was driving with a revoked license. Police say that the subjects stated they had recently used methamphetamine and had been up for days. The baby was released to a family member.
