The Roane County Commission met Monday night in regular session and unanimously passed the 2017-18 FY Budget with no property tax increase. County Executive Ron Woody commented that the budget was not the best ever presented because of inflationary increases and such. He said that there were some money transfers to different line items, but all-in-all, the county Budget Committee did a good job bringing it in.
