The children who participated in the Dayton Library’s summer reading program have made a wonderful donation of toys and food to the Rhea County Animal Shelter. Sheriff Mike Neal, the Animal Shelter Staff and Volunteers would like to say thank you to all of the children, parents and staff at the Clyde Roddy Library for this huge donation to the program. Pictured in the photo is Animal Control Officers Richard Neal, Katie Stout, and Cheyenne Swafford along with Brittany West of the Dayton Library.
