TENNESSEE DIVISION OF FORESTRY TO BUILD WORK CENTER IN CROSSVILLE

///
Comments are Off

The Tennessee Division of Forestry will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at 9 a.m. Monday, May 8 for a new state forestry work center in Crossville. The center will be constructed off of Highway 127. The new center will hold the offices of a state forester, a call center for burn permits and a maintenance area for wildfire fighting equipment. It’s a newer concept the state forestry division has had success with in a few other places. The new work center will be built on ground that housed an older forestry building that has already been demolished.
