A Newport, Tennessee woman has been charged with two counts of vehicular homicide following a six-vehicle crash that killed two people on Interstate 81 in Jefferson County. Authorities say 43-year-old Lisa Reed is also charged with driving under the influence. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the crash happened near mile marker 6 on Interstate 81 northbound near White Pine. Troopers says the interstate was down to one lane northbound at the time for a truck fire and traffic was backed up as a result. Officers say Reed hit a stopped car from behind, causing a chain reaction of several cars that were stopped due to the back up. Troopers identified the two that were killed as 22-year-old Jason Doran and 50-year-old John Doran, of Blountville. Three other people, including Reed, were injured in the crash.
