The Tennessee Highway Patrol has released the report on a single vehicle accident which took place in Roane County earlier this week. Troopers say a Chevy SUV driven by 67-year-old Evelyn Heath of Morristown, was traveling on westbound Interstate 40 near mile marker 343 when the vehicle hydro-planed on the rain-slick road. The SUV left the roadway, struck an embankment and came to an uncontrolled rest on the passenger side in a ditch. A 4-year-old inside the vehicle was properly restrained and was not injured as was Heath.
