The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation confirmed a sighting of AMBER Alert suspect Tad Cummins and missing 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas.

Late yesterday, investigators obtained surveillance images from a Walmart on East I-240 Service Road in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, from the afternoon of March 15.

The footage shows Cummins and Thomas shopping at the store.

TBI said Cummins used cash to buy various food items, but did not purchase anything else of significance.

The surveillance images of Cummins and Thomas are the first of their kind released by investigators since the kidnapping on March 13.

Tad Cummins appears to have darkened his hair. The same image shows Elizabeth with red hair.

Agents are not sure what vehicle they were traveling in.
