The Cumberland County Commission has passed resolutions connected to employee’s salary scale. The Budget Committee has been working on the resolutions for well over a year. The first resolution was to modify the Personnel Policy to clear up language concerning the workweek to reflect the actual county process. The second resolution was to create policies and procedures by which all county employees are to be classified and paid. The document also included maintenance of the plan, new classifications, revisions, the pay plan and other items.
