According to agents, the father of Quinton Swicegood reported to police that his son was suicidal and gave them the description of the vehicle he was in. Officers spotted the car enter the Walmart parking lot around 1:30 PM. Upon their approach, officers noted Swicegood allegedly brandishing a handgun in their direction.
