Attorneys for two of the surviving victims and their families involved in the Chattanooga school bus tragedy have filed the incident’s first federal lawsuit. Hamilton County Schools, School Transportation Director Benjamin Coulter and Durham School Service are all named in the suit which states that the defendents were all “deliberately indifferent” to the bus driver’s violations.
