The man accused of the shooting death of one and wounding three others in Bristol earlier this year has pleaded guilty to murder. 37-year-old Lakeem Keon Scott went on a shooting rampage July 7 on a highway in Bristol. He first began firing at a Days Inn and then turned the weapon at unsuspecting motorists. Scott, who is an African-American, killed a female driver and wounded others saying that he was motivated by “police violence against his race.”
