Crossville Police arrested a man that had been suspected of a previous theft out of Pikeville. Officers were called to an Evelyn Ave address in reference to Stephen England borrowing a Suzuki passenger car and not returning it. The vehicle was found at 46 Dawn Lane where England had supposedly told the owner that he had lost the keys. After the owner gave his consent, a red cloth bag was found in plain view on the front seat along with a court document with England’s name. An Accuvein finder was inside the bag, to which the officer had prior knowledge of it being stolen from Pikeville. England was detained and later issued a warrant for theft by Pikeville Police. He was taken into custody to be extradited back to Bledsoe County.
