A Morristown woman has been indicted on prescription drug charges. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is saying that Tracy Leigh Coffey used her job as a nurse practitioner to fraudulently write and phone in prescriptions in an effort to obtain hydrocodone and tizanidine while working at two different medical offices. Charges include eight counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
