Will another one bite the dust?  Once again, the Crossville City Council has an item on tonight’s agenda concerning the firing of a City Manager.  Two such items were on the Council’s agenda earlier this year when an attempt was made to remove then City Manger David Rutherford.  The first effort failed, but a month later a second attempt was successful and Rutherford was gone. The current interim city manager, retired Crossville Parks and Recreation Director Steve Hill has held the position since April.
