Three people were arrested and charged with theft after a shop lifting incident last week in Crossville. Police were called to Staples in regards to the suspected two males and one female who were reportedly in a white SUV. Officers found the vehicle in the parking lot with the female, 32-year-old Karen Dilbeck, who was observed with her hands down her pants. She had attempted to hide two syringes from police. One male was identified as 43-year-old Ronald Dean Pugh. Both were removed from the vehicle and a search turned up electronic items with cut security cables. Two pair of small wire cutters were also found. The third male, 28-year-old Richard Aaron Flowers, was located behind Bojangles Restaurant, with an additional pair of wire cutters. Flowers also had an outstanding warrant.
