Earlier this week, a burglary investigation led to a drug arrest in Cumberland County. While officers investigated the crime at a Legion Rd. home, deputies followed a set of foot tracks in the grass to a nearby home where they observed 25-year-old Robert Don England on a porch. They had prior knowledge of England having an outstanding warrant and a personal search of the suspect turned up 6 small baggies in his pocket. Two contained marijuana the other four contained approximately 2.6 grams of meth. England was charged with manufacture/delivery/sale of a controlled substance.
