VEHICLES VANDALIZED AT CUMBERLAND COUNTY CAR LOT

Several vehicles were vandalized on a Cumberland County car lot recently. Sheriff’s Investigators say that seven vehicles parked at Norris Auto Sales were the targets of the suspects who entered the vehicles illegally and destroyed their steering columns in an attempt to steal the vehicles or hotwire them. The vehicles involved were a 1993 Jeep Wrangler, 1996 Honda Accord, 1996 Toyota Tacoma, 1993 Isuzu pickup, 2001 Ford Ranger, 2001 Pontiac Sunfire and a 2005 Chevy Equinox. Total value of the vehicles was $25,500.
